i mk sum cross stiching for sum of my colleagues as 2 of them r leavung tis project n one of it is his bday. i noe is the same but is the tots tat count. 1st time i try cross stiching chinese characters.
i like to mk for ppl but i dun haf the time to mk. so i use tk bus,mrt n walking time to mk. hope they like it.

Ratatouille
i join the hip frens.com den i gt a free pair of tickets to Ratatouille. the movie is toking abt a rat who can cook and u mux believe it tat every1 can cook too. is a veri gd movie n make me wan to cook tooo. hehe!
bear bear kept laugh while watching the movie. cos the rat is so funi, he cal al his rat frens to com n help him to cook n the person who comment on the food on the magazine saw it n shock to c tis. tis part is veri funi.
actuali gy planning to wtc wif me, shal, joy n manman but i didnt noe i gt free tickets til i read my mail on tat day den i noe. oops sori to spoil it.
OH by the way, Ratatouille is a dish name, a hm-cooked meal tat their mum wil prepare for them.

I was cleaning up my room as my hus is having upgrading. i decide to throw away 1 table tat i dun nd but i nd to buy a few of Big container to put al my tings.
Call deardear abt it but in the end i decided to buy nxt time when i go ntuc. to my surprise, Deardear cal me n ask me where am i. He was at amk hub, waiting for me. So Sweet of him to com dwn al the way to bedok, jux to help me carry those big container. Muaccks! Luv him! Thanx dear dear!

Chocolate chips cupcake
tis time i add chocolate chips for the cup cake tat boss gif me de. i tot i can use the big muffin tins tat i bought @ ikea as is cheap but in the too big for my oven. sob sob.. my cupcake goin to b out of shape again. one of them look like heart shape.

Phoon huat Baking Class - Chiffon Cake & Pizza
Went to bk a baking class wif my boss at phoon Huat. Phoon Huat is a shop which sell al kinds of baking ingredients, materials and watever tings u nd for baking. I book a Chiffon butter cake n pizza class. nd to pay $36 n they provided everyting for u! So reasonable.
when i go into their kitchen, it so big n gt alot of machine tat r use for baking....these are wat we nd for our baking today.
We start wif chiffon butter cake. we cream the butter n sugar first. need to scrape al the butter in when is nt cream properly n bk to creaming again.
here is the end product:
next we need to beat the egg whites to foamy. cos is 3 person share so we use 15 eggs!
den we mix in the foam into the butter mixture, mux b in one direction to fold in:

we pour in the mixture in the tin for baking:
in the oven, u wil the cake slowly raise up:
it wil b cum tis big:
den start to put the ingredients on it n bake it til the cheese melt and turn golden brown.
luv tis baking class cos its so fun! n it provided the boxes for us to bring hm. shall c which class i wan to go nxt time.

Singapore Firework - China
al thanx to gy cos she gt ticket to go in to the platform to watch the fireworks! Wee! Thanx! it was last min ting, so i quickly tel teddy bear abt it but he didnt pick up the phone as he was busy.
heng i manage to go out early to tk the tickets frm gy otherwise teddy bear n i gt no seats. Teddy Bear manage to reach earlier to wtc the performance. Sitting inside the platform n standing plus squeezing wif other ppl reali mk a great diff. once again, thanx gy! The best is gy gt the good seats, is right in the middle. I took sum pics! Enjoy!
