Last Day @ CIRIS
Today marks my lasy day @ CIRIS. Coming new year I will start my work at new department. Even though Im stil in the same company but leaving everyone mk me sad. :( Its nt the choice i mk, Im being forced. Haiz..
I make cupcakes wif everyone name on it. Cos i wan sumting special , nt like everyone giving chocolate.
I started to miss them so much. Luv these peeps. I stil haf the rest pics wif other ppl. dun tink can get bk.
My FAV of the whole company - GY. She jux sit bside me, we share laughter, gossips n woes under the roof..... Cant imagine who can i tok when she dun sit bside me.
Rachel frm the left pic - She is always cheerful to me, if i nd sum fun, she nv fail to get "fun" for me. HUGS*
JM frm the right pic- been a listening ear n we gossips around. will miss his voice as he like to sing n his voice damm gd.
Heng, I stil haf my teddy bear, Luv him the most. Cos no matter wat i wan to do, he noes.. Muacks

Nite Outing
Went for nite outing...tis time we go to bottle tree village. All the trees trunk look like a bottle, tat y its call bottle tree village..
Teddybear challange me to tk a pic of him when he jump up, testing my photography skill sia....
Inside onli gt restaurant and is closed, so we went for supper @ thomason Road there, eat prata... Tis is paper prata... so nice n crispy.. i wan another one sia....
Hope i can go there eat prata again.. I miss the bomb prata.....

Waraku With SY
Went to Waraku as both SY n I always wan to go there. Its my treat as Sy always help me wif alot of things. A fren cum colleague tat i nv wan to lose n soon its goin to b her last day @ CIRIS. So i decide to gif her a treat. Initally, is GY and I gif together but both GY n SY are clearing leave tat they cant met each other, so end up is me only. hehe...
We order the set lunch, is cheap n nice... I love the sushi n the scallop.. YUmmy!
Wish i could go there again. Drools****

Xmas Eve
Today is xmas eve, i rem last yr i spend my xmas at KL wif my bear. Tis yr we spend it at singapore. Half day @ office- when i arrive, c my desk, is ful of presents.....The choco gingerbread man is i made as xmas gifts de.
Soon, xmas carols com into our dept and start to sing song...Den 11am, went dwn to canteen for xmas feast..... wee~
Make these fruit cakes for my relatives and teddybear with the help of sy.

Xmas cake
Today is the last lesson of me n sy attending @ phoon huat. Its a bit of sad to "leave" here after all we have been attending more than 10 classes. Our last lesson is Xmas Log Cake n Bread(4gt the name). We gt a special guest today, is Apple Hong, a mediacorp artist. She com wif her frens to learn.
Here it goes, we start for the bread 1st, Ingredients all in and mix together. it wil form a dough.
Let it rise b4 we put into oven to bake.
While waiting for the dough to rise, we start our log cake.
Once the dough rise enough, time to shape the dough into a ball and put into chiller to rise again.
Time to make the creaming, tis yr log cake filling is redbean wif chestnut ice cream.. yummy
Spread the fillin with the cream, put the chestnut ice cream, den put the red beans..
Roll it tightly and put into freezer to let it harden abit
Finish spreadin the log cake, nw nd to do for the bread. it wil b like roti boy tat kind of bread.
its time to cut the log cake to make the top and start to cream it white..
