Y Makin Bear Bday caKE


nw is thur nite(20/09), i decided to mk my bear bday cake myself. i tk leave tml as i gt lots of surprise tat i haf plan since a few mths ago. went to ntuc to bought sum ingredients for the decor.
i decided to mk 3 cakes after so mani ideas n suggestion given by my frens.

its the normal cake tat i bake but my bear luv the chocolate cake tat i bake laast time so i use tat.



tat is the shape tat i wan to mk, i oso put in choco chips inside the cakes. den i haf the idea of blackforest cake, i cut half of the cake n spread sum blackcurrent jam in the cakes n put in bk.


next i tot of puttin choco coating around the cake. i boil the whole chocolaTe bar cos i scare nt enough.



den i tink of the side is too plain, i rem i gt sum chopped almonds. i tk out n wan to put in at the side den i taste it, is taste so awful. i haf the idea of toast it. i almost toast til chaota....



den i mk sum buttercream for the wordings.


tat is the final product. im kind of proud of myself cos is my 1st time try on coating, creamin. but the creamin was so ugly, shld haf practice more.


by the way i mk these cakes for 5 hrs, midnite - 5am. so tired. nxt day haf to wk up early as im goin to put these cakes at his hus while he is off to work. sort of surprise for him. hehe....
