Went to baking class at phoon huat again. tis time we learn hw to bake durian cake n banana bread. the teacher dun like durian yet stil teach us. he haf to bear wif the smel.

we mk the bread 1st. cos nd to wait for the bread to rise.


pour the mixture den put a piece of sponge cake on top den pour again n out another piece of cake in it. den put it to freezer to freeze.
