Y Fruit Cake & Ice Cake

Today we learn xmas fruit cake n Neapolitan cake. Is Both sy n i last lesson wif jh n ck at PH. Cos nxt wk class they r nt coming. Neapolitan cake is 3 different layer n colour tat for the cake. Jux like the ice cream gt 3 fav: vanilla, chocolate n strawberry.
1st we mk the crust- using oreo n other stuffs

We let CK to do the crust n sy do the separation of eggs. FOr me n jh, we tk pics.. wahaha..

Time for jh to start work:

While other r busy, i get myself start on fruit cake...

Finish perpare the ingredients for fruit cake, time for our 1st layer of the ice cake n put into freeze for it to set.

Teamwork-mixing the fruits wif the cake and pour into the cake tin after mixing n done:

Due to the fruit nd to bake at least 1.5 hr n wait for the ICE cake to set, teacher gif us a break. WAH tat was the 1st time i haf baking class n gt break leh.. so CK drive us to eat dessert.. yum yum....

Back to class and the cake is still nt ready so we tk pics:
